online coaching

Do you want a one-to-one lesson or consultation? You can have off-ice coaching using Zoom app. These online training sessions specifically focus on giving analysis, feedback, and corrections to help improve a specific skills (e.g., jumps, spinner). You have the option of either a 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minutes lesson. If you already have a regular coach, please make sure you’ve spoken to them before our one-to-one lesson.

personalised off-ice training program

Do you want an off-ice training program that’ll help you achieve your skating goals? You’ll get a personalised four-week off-ice training program based on your goals, current level, and home training space.

Your program will include exercises for warmup, jumps, functional flexibility, core, injury prevention, posture, plyometrics, spins, resistance bands, and spinner training. Each session has a different focus and goals naturally progress throughout the four-week program.

You’ll get:

  • 30-minute video call consultation with me to discuss your goals, current level, etc. (I’ll design your personalised program after this call)

  • PDF four-week training program with three sessions per week (12 sessions total)

  • Private and exclusive access to over 200+ videos with explanations and demonstrations of exercises in your program

Coach Hamish

Former Team GB Figure Skater

Hamish Gaman is a British national champion (Junior and Senior) and international medalist. He has competed at the European and Junior World Championships.

Hamish has been coaching for 17+ years and has coached numerous national medalists. He is a former USA pairs technical specialist and has BSc with first-class honours in Sports, Fitness, and Coaching.

His full-time coaches have included Marina Zoueva, Richard Gauthier, Bruno Marcotte, Julie Marcotte, Ron Ludington, Johnny Johns, and Pam Gregory.

Hamish still performs professionally and is a regular on ITV’s hit TV show Dancing On Ice.
